What Northway Home LLC collects through this website, why, and who else handles it. Last updated September 15, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the consultation form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, the town the property is in, the plan you are interested in, when you are next at the house and any notes. When you call or email us, we have your number or address and what you tell us.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords or government ID through this website, and we never will. Anyone who asks for those in our name through a link or a form is not us.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange the walk-through and, if you become a client, provide the service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree. Our email runs on Google Workspace. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, not your name. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and as long afterwards as tax and business records require.
